She is the founder and current President of the Egyptian Association for Protection of Intellectual Property (AEPPI), www.aeppi.org, the Egyptian National Group of the International Association for Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) www.aippi.org. She is also Chairwoman of the Nominating Committee of AIPPI.
